This page explains how BankCodeKit thinks about cookies now and what would need to change before analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Current Essential Cookies
BankCodeKit is currently designed as a static, no-login site. The site does not intentionally use cookies to store IBANs, BICs, invoice details, CSV rows, account numbers, or payment references.
Some hosting, browser, or security infrastructure may use technical behavior outside the tool logic. Those technical uses should not contain user-entered payment details from BankCodeKit tools.
Future Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies may be introduced later only if site measurement is implemented and documented. Analytics should measure general site use, not user-entered IBANs, BICs, invoices, CSV data, account numbers, or payment references.
Future Advertising Cookies
Advertising cookies may be introduced later if real advertising is implemented. BankCodeKit does not load real AdSense scripts yet, and advertising-related cookie language must be reviewed before any real ad script is added.
No Consent Platform Claim
BankCodeKit does not currently claim that a consent management platform is active. If a CMP or cookie banner is implemented later, this page should be updated to explain how it works.
Local Tool Data
Tool input should remain local to the browser and should not be stored in cookies. BankCodeKit validates formats only and does not confirm account existence, account ownership, bank connectivity, sanctions status, fraud risk, payment readiness, or payment success.
